The RFL series coal-fired hot blast stove adopts the latest indirect heating technology that integrates combustion and heat exchange, using the high-temperature part of the furnace body for heat exchange. The flue gas and air flow separately, and the heating is absolutely sulfur free. The thermal efficiency is as high as 65-80%, with fast heating, small size, easy installation, and reliable use. It can use various types of coal or wood as fuel, and can be equipped with a secondary air inlet device for complete combustion. This hot blast stove adopts countercurrent heat exchange, with low exhaust temperature and high thermal efficiency.

working principle:

Under the suction force of the flue gas induced draft fan, the high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion in the furnace is passed through the furnace liner and flue tube in a double pass, allowing the high-temperature flue gas to undergo heat conduction exchange with the wall of the tube and gradually reduce the furnace temperature. It is then discharged into the chimney through the flue gas induced draft fan. Cold air enters the cylinder layer from the top air inlet of the furnace, and after three returns, absorbs radiant heat energy between the walls of each layer of the cylinder, gradually increasing the air temperature. Finally, high-temperature hot air is sent to the heating equipment for use through the hot air outlet.
